Megara is a boutique Property Development group driven to realise projects that enhance West Australian living. Founding directors, Matthew Pickford, Chad Scott, and Jamie Clarke have harnessed their diverse backgrounds to deliver projects that challenge our perceptions of space and lifestyle. The accumulation of knowledge and expertise in Property, Finance, Engineering, Construction, and Project Management is coupled with a shared love of the WA coast and being outdoors with family and friends. These skills and passions are also shared by the whole Megara team, and broader industry partners, who leverage years of experience within the industry to drive each project from ideation to completion.
It’s this combined skill set and inherent draw to nature that has seen Megara undertake residential projects that embody the best of lifestyle and landscape since 2007, delivering over $400 million worth of projects across WA.
